PUR adhesive binding<\/h2>

Prospektus Press has more than 30 years of experience in producing a wide range of saddle stitched and\u00a0adhesive bound<\/strong>\u00a0magazines. Our company manufactures a variety of domestic and international publishing companies\u2019 quality magazines every month. Our printing is always performed on the most suitable and most economical B\/1 or B\/2 format machine for the certain type of product, taking into account the number of copies, size and the number of colours.<\/p>\n

In this product range\u00a0high quality<\/strong>\u00a0is of utmost importance, that is why, uniquely in our country, we print in 100 l\/cm\u00a0photo quality<\/strong><\/a>, at twice the resolution other printing houses use. We make 100 percent colour and print quality control <\/strong>regularly, during the printing process with our Heidelberg Image Control device, which is currently the most advanced sheet-fed offset print inspection system in the world. Our production is carried out under\u00a0strict in-process quality control<\/strong>, which ensures\u00a0constant high quality<\/strong>. For the cover of the product we offer a number of surface treatment solutions: glossy, matt, scratch-resistant matt or Soft Touch film laminating, effect varnishing, hot stamping foils or embossing.<\/p>\n

From 2 mm spine width, magazines are bound using PUR technology, which technology was first introduced in Hungary by Prospektus Press.\u00a0The advantage of PUR adhesive binding is its many fold bond strength compared to the traditional<\/strong>\u00a0hot-melt technology<\/strong>\u00a0offered elsewhere. In addition, rigidity of the book\u2019s body is not affected by ambient temperature.\u00a0A stable and strong backbone will result in a beautiful opening of the product.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
